Eric Lundquist

Eric Lundquist, AttorneyA pioneer in the field of student loan counseling and litigating, Eric is also a lifelong Michigan resident, ardent motorcyclist and hockey fan. Eric is a graduate of Oakland University (B.A.) and Michigan State University College of Law (J.D.). He was admitted to the Michigan Bar in 1999. Eric has handled a wide variety of cases in his legal career, from basic state administrative hearings to oral arguments before the Michigan Supreme Court. He practices law with his wife Michelle in the areas of debt relief, student loan counseling, criminal law, and probate. Prior to forming his professional partnership with his wife, Eric practiced for ten years as a partner in the law firm of Becker & Lundquist, PLC. Eric has lectured and authored articles for the Macomb County Bar Association and was also a guest panelist on the local Emmy Award winning television program Legally Speaking. He is a Director, Past President and volunteer mediator for the Macomb County Resolution Center, and a longtime member of Macomb County Bar Association.

Michelle Lundquist

Michelle Lundquist, AttorneyCollege football fanatic and dog lover, Michelle Lundquist was admitted to the Michigan Bar in 2002. Her areas of practice are consumer bankruptcy (Chapters 7 and 13), student loan law, and criminal defense. Michelle is a graduate of The Ohio State University (B.A.) and Michigan State University College of Law (J.D.). Prior to forming a professional partnership with her husband, Eric, Michelle worked for the law firm of Orlow and Cardasis, PC in the areas of bankruptcy and debtor’s rights and also served as assistant City Attorney for Sterling Heights. She is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, Macomb County Bar Association, and Women’s Lawyer Association of Michigan – Macomb Region, where she served as president.
